Managed setup of a customer-facing website concierge using customer-approved FAQ and knowledge content. The current implementation provides deterministic FAQ/knowledge retrieval, lead capture, escalation, CTA handoff and analytics. It does not include a generative AI provider or native calendar scheduling.

Customer inputs: approved business/FAQ content, escalation contact, website placement details, and—if booking is desired—a compatible customer-provided booking URL. Included: configuration, deployment setup, FAQ/knowledge wiring, lead-capture/escalation configuration, booking-link CTA handoff, acceptance test and operator handoff. Excluded: third-party AI usage fees, custom CRM/calendar engineering, native booking engine, regulated advice and unsupported external integrations.

Setup price: $199 USD. Ongoing configured service tiers are $199 Essential / $299 Growth / $449 Priority per month and require a separate recurring billing agreement.
