Billing and cancellation

Your first paid month starts at successful checkout and includes onboarding and managed support while the system is configured. Stripe charges the payment method you authorize $299 every calendar month until cancelled. The first renewal is one calendar month after purchase; the monthly billing date adjusts to the last day in shorter months. The setup fee is charged once.

Cancel before your next renewal by emailing sales@arqs.ca from your checkout email with your receipt reference. ARQS ends the subscription at the end of the current paid billing period, stops future renewals and confirms the end date. Managed service continues through that paid period.

Onboarding and fulfilment

ARQS verifies payment before work starts. Send your business name, website, hours, services, FAQs, calendar and handoff rules to sales@arqs.ca. Scope, any additional telephony, usage or integration costs and completion timing are confirmed before extra costs are incurred. ARQS configures, tests and activates the agreed service after complete intake. Do not email passwords, API keys or card details.

For mistaken purchases, duplicate charges or non-delivery, contact sales@arqs.ca. Refunds are reviewed against work performed, fulfilment status and applicable consumer rights. Cancellation stops future renewals; refund requests are reviewed separately.
